Hello! Welcome to the 2023 EMBO cryoEM CryoSPARC practical. Today, we will work through three case studies and discuss salient theory and background for common jobs. The first case study will highlight various features of a relatively standard end-to-end processing pipeline, while the latter two will demonstrate several ways to disentangle heterogeneity (including 3D Classification, 3D Variability Analysis, and 3D Flexible Refinement).

As a participant, you will either work individually or in a pair (to ensure sufficient GPUs for everyone). The CryoSPARC login credentials are as follows.
